M.com: How does it feel to be invited to perform at the Mystical Eve Countdown Party at Encorp Strand?
Joe: I feel blessed… and really excited because I feel that there is something special about The Strand. The place looks like it’s built for community based and family oriented outings, so I hope that we can provide sort of entertainment for those who are coming. It feels good to be performing on stage with Mizz Nina and Pop Shuvit.

As a budding singer-songwriter during his college days in Melbourne, Australia, Reza Salleh would rise above his fears and perform his music at live shows where critical audiences can be wittingly fierce with their judgement. That fellow Malaysian students who were in Melbourne at the time would testify that “even Aussie kids knew the lyrics to his songs” suggests real talent and an innate skill for showmanship in Reza Salleh. Pop Shuvit @ Mystical Eve – ENCORP Strand

Pop Shuvit is a Malaysian independent rap-rock band, comprising Moots! (vocals), JD (guitar), AJ (bass), Rudy (drums) and Uno (turntables). The band who got its name from a skateboarding trick of almost the same name began making waves in the local music scene in late 2001 and since then, has had 4 successful releases under their belt and gained a sizable fanbase in Asia notably in Malaysia, Japan, Thailand and Singapore. Known for their adrenaline-packed live shows and eclectic blend of hip hop and rock, Pop Shuvit are being touted as Asia’s leading Hip Hop Rock band.
