Malaysian homestays can be quite interesting and the experience very unpredictable, depending on the type of person one is. Recent reports have Tourism Malaysia chairman Datuk Dr Victor Wee putting forth the figures that in 2010, Malaysia recorded more than 13 million Singapore tourist arrivals, up 2.4 per cent from 2009.
