Perak Society of Performing Arts
A non-profit organization, the Perak Society of Performing Arts (PSPA) was opened in 1996. Its goal is to promote the development of arts in the state of Perak and in the city of Ipoh. The center works directly with various schools, cultural centers and artistic institutions for the purpose of performing arts productions. The foundation additionally manages a choir, the PSPA singers, which promote the discovery of new musical talents in Ipoh. The association is determined that Ipoh develops into a city known for the performing arts.

Referred to in English as the Complex of the National Department of Culture and Arts, Perak (abbreviated as JKKN Perak) was established in 1995 and includes a venue located on 2 acres of land.
